Zerindra - Disclaimer

ZRND token is a utility token used within Zerindra (“the Application”). However, please note that while the ZRND token`s ultimate goal is to be governed by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), it is currently managed by a secure, multi-signature wallet. This is a temporary measure to ensure the stability and security of the project during its initial phase.

The ZRND token and its associated governance mechanisms are entirely independent of the Application. The Application and it`s operator has no direct involvement in the creation, distribution, or management of the ZRND token.

While the ZRND token may be used within the Application, it is not an asset of the Application, and the Application and it`s operator do not assume any responsibility for its value, transactions, or the operations of the DAO. By participating in activities involving the ZRND token, users acknowledge and agree that they are doing so solely at their own risk and under the governance of the multi-signature wallet, and later, the DAO.

The Application interacts with the Avalanche C-Chain. The Operator has no control over the blockchain network. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss caused by:

  • Network Congestion: Resulting in failed or delayed transactions.

  • Gas Fees: Fluctuations in the cost of executing smart contracts.

  • Protocol Failure: Bugs, hard forks, or 51% attacks on the underlying Avalanche network.

  • Wallet Security: The loss of your private keys or seed phrase, which results in irreversible loss of assets.

Users acknowledge that converting internal reward units into on-chain ZRND tokens requires an active connection to the Avalanche C-Chain. The Operator is not responsible for (i) any failure of the claim transaction, (ii) fluctuations in 'Gas Fees' required by the network to process the claim, or (iii) any loss of assets if units are claimed to an incorrect or compromised wallet address.

All tokens and cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and may experience significant fluctuations in value which could result in substantial financial loss.

It is strongly advised that users to do their own research and seek professional advice before engaging in ZRND token transactions. The Application and it`s operator is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from the use, trading, or holding of ZRND tokens.

Zerindra is a performance-based environmental league. The redistribution of ZRND tokens is a mathematical outcome of verified user effort (Counts, Validations, and Consistency) as defined by the Application’s unique formula. Participation results are determined by the accuracy and skill of the user's waste disposal activities; no element of chance or luck influences the distribution of rewards.

Users acknowledge that - to maintain the integrity of the Application – a sustainability fee is applied to daily to ZRND redistribution pool. This sustainability fee is allocated for ecosystem maintenance, server infrastructure, fixes, improvements and ensuring long-term sustainability. The fee is dynamically adjusted - with a hard cap of 20% encoded in the governance parameters - and is currently set at 20%. The sustainability fee is a service charge for the verification of real-world impact activities and is not a commission or a wager or a gambling rake.
