Zerindra application (the "Application") is operated by Genel Yayin Medya ve Dis Ticaret A.S. (“Operator”).

This Privacy Policy explains how the Operator collect, use, and disclose your information when you use the Application.

Welcome to the Application. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Introduction

The Operator is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about the Operator policy, or practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us.

2. Information the Operator Collects

The Operator collects and use the following information from you when you use the Application:

Activity Data: This includes the amount of time and effort you spend on an activity daily.

Activity Photo: This includes the photo you take to validate your activity time and efforts.

Geographic Data (Precise Location): This includes the precise location where you take the photo of your activity in the Application. This data is essential to verify that your activity takes place in the geographic borders set and adheres to the rules of the activity, ensuring fairness and the integrity of the leaderboard.

Leaderboard Data: The Operator collects the aggregate data of activity time and efforts of all users on the leaderboard. This data is used to calculate the sums and averages and other functions of activity time and efforts for each user. All users can see the functions of other users on the leaderboard. The leaderboard is updated regularly and is subject to change.

While using the Application, the Operator may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. The Operator may also collect information that your device sends whenever you use the Application.

3. How the Operator Use Your Information

The Operator use the information it collects or receives:

  • • To operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Application.

  • • To provide you with the features and functionality of the Application.

  • • To provide services to the user.

  • • To understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users.

  • • To compile aggregated statistics about site usage and response rates.

  • • To improve the Application and our services.

  • • To communicate with you about the Application and our services.

  • • To comply with the Operator`s legal obligations.

Application uses self-custodial wallet addresses (e.g. MetaMask) purely for user identification and reward distribution. The operator does not have access to, nor store private keys or personal financial data.

4. Sharing Your Information

The Operator only use the data for the purposes of the Application algorithm and use. The Operator does not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law.

YOUR ACTIVITY PHOTOS ARE SHARED WITH ANOTHER USER FOR VALIDATION. DO NOT TAKE OR UPLOAD A PHOTO THAT IS PERSONAL OF NATURE.

The user consents that the Application shares the user’s activity photos with another user for the purpose of validation of the activity.

The Operator utilize third-party cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Play, and the Apple App Store, to store and process some of the information you provide when using our application. These providers offer secure, scalable infrastructure, allowing us to deliver our services efficiently.

While the Operator do not share your personal information with other third parties, please note that your data may be stored on servers managed by these cloud providers. By using the Application, you consent to the storage and processing of your data by these third-party providers as described in this privacy policy.

If you choose to persist your activity on the blockchain, your data (your actions, actions’ proof image hash, actions’ timestamp, your wallet address and actions’ validators’ wallet address) will be shared with the Avalanche C-Chain network. Note that once persisted (recorded on the chain), this data is public and immutable (cannot be altered or deleted). Users are strongly advised not to use wallet addresses that contain personally identifiable information.

5. Keeping Your Information

The Operator retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.

6. Account Cancellation

You can choose to cancel your use of the Application and delete your account at any time through your account page. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your tokens, progress, data, and associated content will be lost. Upon cancellation, the Operator will remove your identifiable data from the Operator`s servers and replace your name with a generic one on the leaderboard. However, non-identifiable data used like the number of counts (C), validations (V) and days (D) for calculations will be retained as necessary to maintain the integrity of the leaderboard and rankings.

If you have chosen to persist your data (your actions, actions’ proof image hash, actions’ timestamp, your wallet address and actions’ validators’ wallet address) on the blockchain, it cannot be deleted. In blockchain technology, “persist data” refers to the concept that once data is recorded on the blockchain, it becomes immutable and cannot be altered or deleted. This means that the data is permanently stored and remains accessible indefinitely associated with your wallet ID.T

If you have publicly linked your Wallet Address to your identity elsewhere (e.g., on social media), the Operator cannot protect your anonymity.

If you have already uninstalled the Application, you may request account and data deletion by visiting our web portal at contact.

7. Security

The Operator takes steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While the Operator strive to implement robust security measures, please note that no method of security is 100% foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

8. Changes To This Privacy Policy

The Operator may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
