Zerindra Terms

Last updated: January 2, 2026

Welcome to our Application.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Zerindra application (the "Application"), operated by Genel Yayin Medya ve Dis Ticaret A.S. (“the Operator”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Application.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To use the Application, you must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Use of the Game

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Application. You may use the Application only as permitted by law.

4. User Responsibilities

Activity means the action you contribute according to the track you follow.

"Waste Disposal" track is to “Dispose of all waste the right way” and the track rules are:

  • • For Recyclable Items: Place Plastic, Paper, Cardboard, Glass, Metal, Organic Waste, Batteries, and Textiles into bins specifically marked for that material (e.g., "Plastic," "Glass"), or into a general "Recyclable Waste" bin.

  • • For General Garbage: Place all other trash into bins marked "General Waste" or "Trash"

Users are responsible for the content and data they input into the Application, such as their activities information. Users should ensure that their contributions are accurate and do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Photographs submitted must clearly show evidence of your activity.

A user may only submit a single photograph of each activity. Specifically, a user cannot submit multiple photos of the same item taken from different angles or at different times. However, a user can submit photographs of different items, with one photograph per item.

If an activity is rejected, the user may dispute the rejection. All disputes will be reviewed by the Application and resolved within the day. The Application’s decision on the review is final.

Zerindra is a performance-based environmental league. The outcome of participation and any resulting ZRND rewards are determined strictly by verified user effort (Activity Counts, Peer Validations, and Consistency). There is no element of chance, luck, or randomized prize selection. Success is a direct mathematical result of the user's skill and accuracy in recycling activities as defined by the Application’s unique formula.

To participate in a 30-day impact journey, the Application requires an activation of 30 units of ZRND. This is not a fee paid to the Operator. These units are a functional requirement to engage in the league's activity verification and community redistribution mechanism. For each day of active participation, 1 ZRND unit from this allocation is committed to the community redistribution pool to support global impact.

Users are prohibited from using more than one mobile device or account.

Users are prohibited from collaborating with other users in any manner.

Users are prohibited from attempting to manipulate the application to gain advantage.

Users are prohibited from using bots or any other malicious software to exploit the system.

The use of forced labor/exploited individuals to generate activities or farms are prohibited.

All malicious activities, as well as any actions that go against the spirit of the Application, will be closely monitored.

The Operator utilizes AI-driven image analysis and randomized peer-audits to ensure the validity of every waste disposal activity. Any user found utilizing AI-generated images, 'deepfakes,' or recycled photos of previous activities will face immediate account termination and forfeiture of all internal ledger points.

The 'community redistribution pool' refers to the collective allocation of ZRND units used to reward verified pro-environmental activities across the global Application ecosystem. For the purposes of these Terms, 'global impact' is defined as the measurable reduction of waste and the promotion of standardized circular economy practices facilitated by the Application and Application’s unique verification formula. These redistributed units serve as the functional incentive for users worldwide to maintain high accuracy and consistency in their waste disposal activities, thereby contributing to an auditable record of environmental stewardship.

The 30 units of ZRND required for activation are a functional utility committed to the league's activity verification and redistribution mechanism. Once a user initiates a 30-day impact journey, the daily allocation of 1 ZRND unit to the community redistribution pool is final and non-refundable. Users acknowledge that they are not entitled to a refund or reclamation of these units even in the event of account cancellation, voluntary withdrawal from the league, or failure to complete the 30-day period.

As a user, you agree to use the Application responsibly and not use the game for any illegal purposes. The Operator reserves the right to screen all User Wallet Addresses against international sanctions lists, including but not limited to the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List, the UN Sanctions List, and the EU Consolidated List. Access to the Application is restricted for users located in "High-Risk Jurisdictions" as defined by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The Operator reserves the right to suspend any account and request documentation regarding the source of funds if a user assigns an unusually large amount of ZRND (exceeding $10,000 USD value equivalent) or engages in patterns indicative of "layering" or "structuring."

5. Sponsor and Crew and Groups

A user’s role as a sponsor is to sponsor other users, referred to as ‘crew’. The credits that sponsor allocate to the crew will contribute to crew credits and standing in the league. A sponsor understands and accepts that a sponsor will not receive any credits in return, nor will a sponsor be able to reclaim the credits allocated to the crew.

A crew agrees that a crew can serve as a ‘crew’ for only one sponsor per day in any given league; and a crew affirms that a crew will not participate in the same league under another account. For the avoidance of doubt a sponsor user can sponsor multiple crew users where as a crew user can only be sponsored once in a league.

The sponsor that you be a crew of can see your name, nickname and allocation.

Sponsors are strictly prohibited from demanding off-platform payments, kickbacks, or "taxation" of their Crew's earnings.

In groups, group leaders have the option to sponsor group members or not. Each group has its own private leaderboard, separate from the public leaderboard. However, group members are also included in the public leaderboard, allowing them to validate and be validated by users outside of the group. As a result, credits may be distributed both within and outside of the groups.

The group leader of the group that you enter can see your name, nickname and allocation.

Group leaders are strictly prohibited from demanding off-platform payments, kickbacks, or "taxation" of their group members' earnings.

6. Leaderboard

The leaderboard is a feature that calculates user credits based on each accurate activity (Counts), each accurate validation (Validations), and continuous participation over the past 30 days (Days). It uses unique functions specific to the application to sum, average, and rank the results.

Participation in the Application is a test of activity, accuracy, and consistency. The redistribution of ZRND tokens is determined by the Application’s unique formula (Counts + Validations + Days). Users acknowledge that their share of the daily pool is determined solely by their individual performance relative to other participants. Chance plays no role in the calculation of rewards. This Application is not a 'contest' or 'sweepstakes' or 'lottery'.

The leaderboard is updated daily and is subject to change.

The leaderboard may be reset annually or at other time intervals announced.

The Application’s unique formula:

The formulas described below use logarithmic function to converge count and validation points. Convergence is introduced in the formulas in order to motivate all Participants to participate and not discourage the rest of the Participants who are not as highly involved as some Participants.

Participant count points = log (counts) of the participant / sum (log (counts)) all participants

Participant day points = participant days active in the last 30 days / average of all participants days active in the last 30 days / N

Participant validation points = V% * log (validation) of the participant / sum (log (validation)) of all participants

Participant end of day final point = {[M% * (participant count points) + (1-M%) * (participant day points) + (participant validation points) – (V%*(participant count points))] * X * A% * N}

  • -N is the number of participants committed in an activity subject in the day. For the avoidance of doubt there may be less than N participants active in the day. Active in a day means making more than zero count or more than zero validation in a day.

  • -X is a number representing credits for activities.

  • -A is a percentage representing per cent of credits transferred to the participants.

  • -M is a percentage representing the ratio of activities against days.

  • -V is a percentage representing the ratio of validation and verification.

The Operator maintains sole discretion over the configuration of variables X, A, M and V. As of January 3, 2026, these are set at 1, 80%, 50%, and 20% respectively.

Counts referred to in the calculation are the – verified – count(s) of the activity that the participant has contributed to in the day.

When the count or validation of the Participant is none - and since log zero is undefined -Participant count or validation point is taken zero. If the count or validation of the Participant is one - and since log 1 is zero - Participant count or validation is taken as one half of log (2).

The daily calculation is not based on a specific 30 days. The daily calculation is rolling every day for the past 30 days including the day calculation is in. The league is the sum of daily points accumulated every day and the ranking changes every day accordingly.

Initially and every time a participant runs out of enough credits for an activity subject, the participant has to deposit a credit of 30*X to the activity track in order to continue to be ranked against other participants in that activity subject for 30 days. A participant cannot claim the daily X credit back for any day that the participant has not put any data. Due to the 30-day rolling nature of the formula, the participant may get credits on a day where the participant has not put any data.

At the end of the day - UTC 00:00 - all participants for an activity are distributed a total of (A%)*N*X credits in proportion to their end of day final points from the daily pool.

At the end of the day, (1-A%)*N*X is transferred to the Operator as sustainability fee.

7. Service Availability (Operational Interruptions) and Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Events)

The Application, the internal ledger, and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

The Operator reserves the right to interrupt operations for periodic maintenance, system updates, or emergency repairs. While the Operator will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance, you acknowledge that service may be suspended without notice due to technical failures, security breaches, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You acknowledge that the Application interacts with third-party protocols and decentralized networks (including, but not limited to, the Avalanche C-Chain and MetaMask). The Operator is not responsible for any delays, failed "claims," or data discrepancies caused by:

  • • Network congestion or "gas fee" volatility on the Avalanche blockchain.

  • • Failures of third-party wallet providers or browser extensions.

  • • Disruptions in cloud hosting services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) or AI processing APIs.

In the event of a system interruption or database corruption, the Operator will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore user activity data. However, the Operator shall not be liable for the loss of any data that occur during or as a result of a service interruption. The Operator shall not be liable for any perceived economic loss or "opportunity cost" arising from the inability to access the Application.

Neither the Operator nor the User shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party that could not have been foreseen or prevented with the exercise of due diligence.

Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:

  • • Acts of God: Natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions.

  • • Health Crises: Pandemics, epidemics, or government-mandated lockdowns.

  • • Civil & Political Unrest: Wars, acts of terrorism, riots, civil commotions, or strikes.

  • • Infrastructure Failures: Mass power outages, nationwide internet service provider (ISP) failures, or "Black Swan" cyber-attacks (e.g., global ransomware).

  • • Blockchain & Protocol Anomalies: Significant "hard forks" in the Avalanche C-Chain, underlying smart contract exploits not caused by the Operator, or the sudden regulatory shutdown of essential third-party oracles or nodes.

The party affected by a Force Majeure Event shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable via ways listed at Notices. The affected party must take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the event and resume performance as soon as the event concludes.

If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than sixty (60) days, the Operator reserves the right to suspend the Application indefinitely or terminate the Application without liability to the users.

8. License

10. Privacy

The Application respects your privacy. The Operator only use the data for the purposes of the Application algorithm.

YOUR ACTIVITY PHOTOS ARE SHARED WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT FOR VALIDATION. DO NOT TAKE OR UPLOAD A PHOTO THAT IS PERSONAL OF NATURE.

The user consents that the Application shares activity photos with another user for the purpose of validation of the activity.

The Operator do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and without any warranty. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

ZRND token is a utility token used within the Application. ZRND tokens are not intended to be used as a direct or indirect instrument of payment for goods or services

However, please note that while the ZRND token`s ultimate goal is to be governed by a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), it is currently managed by a secure, multi-signature wallet. This is a temporary measure to ensure the stability and security of the project during its initial phase. The Multi-Signature wallet is a temporary transparency mechanism to ensure the initial distribution of impact rewards aligns with the league's growth. It does not grant the Operator control over assets once they are claimed by a user’s self-custodial wallet.

The Application provides a software interface for recording environmental impact. ZRND units displayed within the Application prior to being claimed are 'Internal Reward Units' with no independent value outside the Application. The Operator does not provide a custodial wallet service. The Operator does not store, hold, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Once you initiate a claim to the Avalanche C-Chain, the transaction is executed via your own self-custodial wallet (e.g., MetaMask). From that point forward, the Operator has no control over, or possession of, the digital assets.

The ZRND token and its associated governance mechanisms are entirely independent of the Application. The Operator has no direct involvement in the creation, distribution, or management of the ZRND token. While the ZRND token may be used within the Application, it is not an asset of the Operator, and the Operator do not assume any responsibility for its value, transactions, or the operations of the DAO. By participating in activities involving the ZRND token, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so solely at your own risk and under the governance of the multi-signature wallet, and later, the DAO. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with ZRND tokens and agree that the Operator shall not be held liable for any financial or other consequences. the Operator is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from the use, trading, or holding of ZRND tokens.

To maintain the integrity of the Application, sustainability fee is applied to daily to ZRND redistribution pool. This sustainability fee is allocated for ecosystem maintenance, server infrastructure, fixes, improvements and ensuring long-term sustainability. The fee is dynamically adjusted - with a hard cap of 20% encoded in the governance parameters - and is currently set at 20%. The sustainability fee is a service charge for the verification of real-world impact activities and is not a commission or a wager or a gambling rake.

Users engage in activities in the Application at their own risk. The Operator is not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from participating in the activities of the Application.

Because the Application utilizes a peer-to-peer validation mechanism where activity photos are shared between participants, the Operator disclaims all liability for the nature of the Content uploaded by users. Any user who uploads Content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful acknowledges that they are directly and solely liable to any peer-validator or third party who views said Content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be held liable for any 'psychological harm,' 'secondary trauma,' or emotional distress arising from the use of the peer-validation feature. The uploader of such Content agrees to fully indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any resulting legal claims or damages.

The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of the Application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and exemplary damages.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR UK USERS: Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you should not expect to be protected if something goes wrong. Take 2 mins to learn more.

By using Zerindra, you acknowledge that ZRND units are digital assets with no guaranteed value. The UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) does not cover losses related to ZRND or other crypto assets. The initial 30 units of sustainability-sponsored ZRND allocation is strictly a functional utility required for participating in the league’s process and does not constitute a sign-up incentive or 'bonus' as defined by FCA regulations.
